The Professional Yachting Association, which has around 2,000 members, is a not-for-profit association, founded in 1991, to represent the interests of professional yacht crew around the world.

The PYA is a professional association and not a Trade Union.

The PYA is proud to support Yacht Crew Help by making its confidential Member Assistance Service available to seafarers in the yachting sector who contact Yacht Crew Help for advice on employment-related matters.
